Mandy works as a technical writer for an ediscovery software company in Chicago, Illinois. She's received both a bachelor's and master's degree in technical writing from Missouri State University. Her master's thesis focused on document usability particularly for patients diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). She is also a member of STC Chicago and is currently working on conducting a global audit in-house at kCura.
