I also support the worldwide Customer Support staff with getting answers to customers' questions about Siemens automation products. I also provide assistance to North American users of the Siemens proprietary documentation content management system that we use (SIPS+). Interests include hiking (especially on the Appalachian Trail), fishing, contra dancing, attending music festivals, playing pickleball, and watching Tennessee football, basketball, and hockey team sports on TV.
